Clovermead Adventure Farm
Want to go on an adventure? Just a short drive from your London hotel is this sprawling, family-friendly destination located at 11302 Imperial Rd, Aylmer. Open 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Saturday, it’s part farm, part amusement park, and a fantastic way to immerse yourself in local culture. Go on a Wild Bee Ride, test your skills on the Giant Jumping Pillow, or explore Noah’s Ark.
There’s the gem stone mining where you can keep what you find, the Mist Maze for a spooky good time, Zipster Pedal Go-Karting, or hop on the family four-seater Pedal Karts. For wee ones, the Little Bee Tricycle Track is a blast, and there are wagon rides and the bee barrel train year-round.
Bee Happy
Beekeeping is at the heart of the farm, and it all starts at the Bee Discovery Station. Here, you’ll find a large glass display bee hive before heading out on the Enchanted Bee Yard Trail to meet and greet with friendly farm animals. The Bee Line Zip Lines give you a bee’s-eye view of the farm and might help you decide if the duck pond, super bee rope swings, or balance rope is your next destination.
Every visit ends with a trip to the Honey Shop. Floral, farm-produced honey makes for the perfect Ontario keepsake or gift. Every flower has one of a kind nectar and leads to unique flavor, colors, and tastes. Sample them all and see which you love best.
