Komoka Provincial Park

Tucked close to urban London is the gorgeous Komoka Provincial Park, a slice of paradise amidst the bustle of the city. Open daily, visitors can stroll along the Thames River and take in what used to be agricultural hectares. Now, the park features flowering meadows and well-maintained trails within mature forests. Considered a recreational space, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the changing leaves, a picnic, or a game of football or Frisbee on a crisp autumn day.

Established in 1989, Komoka is nearly 200 hectares and offers hiking, mountain biking and equestrian trails. Check with a local stable or horseback riding tour company for more information on trail rides within the park (designated trails only). Pay and display machines are available in both parking lots (503 Gideon Drive / 22290 Komoka Road).
